visitBerlin offers its guests sustainable catering

The Meeting Place Berlin is the most important customer event for marking the destination of Berlin within the MICE industry. It attracts around 100 selected participants from 30 countries. FLORIS impressed with sustainable catering.

The event was held on the emissions-free seminar ship "Orca ten broke". This solar hybrid passenger ship matched the concept of this year's Meeting Place perfectly - namely to present Berlin as one of the most innovative and sustainable event venues .

FLORIS delighted guests with culinary dishes from the region. The event was organised with our partner KlimaInvest to make the catering sector Co2-neutral , and our buffet tables from Eventwide Berlin were also made from sustainable raw materials.Anyone who couldn't get enough of our tasty treats was given a "Best of the Rest Box" containing left-overs, entirely in the spirit of avoiding food waste.

Our trade visitors were very happy and were impressed not only by the sustainability but also by the presentation, quality and choice of dishes. (…) "
