Senior Catering Sales Manager (m/w/d)
(Full-time / Part-time)
YOUR TASKS:
- Consulting and selling events to a demanding national and international clientele (customer consulting, creative offer/concept creation, holding of sample meals, location consulting and viewings)
- Planning of events (detailed planning and organisation, handover to the operative team)
- Customer support at your events
- Responsibility for your own customer area
- Support of an existing customer base (corporate customers and private customers)
- Close cooperation with various event locations in and around Berlin
- Acquisition activities for customer retention and new acquisition, project work
- Working in the office and home office possible
IHR KNOW-HOW:
- Completed vocational training in catering/gastronomy/hotel
- At least two years of professional experience in sales and event planning in the catering business
- Selling is in your blood, you can convince others of your idea
- Excellent organizational skills, you can handle many processes simultaneously and always keep an overview
- Creativity, enjoyment of good food and love of work
- Excellent manners and a friendly demeanor
- Very good English and MS Office skills
- Banqueting professional knowledge is an advantage
