YOUR TASKS:
- Support of the sales team in the area of event organization for a variety of events (equipment orders, staff bookings, etc.)
- Disposition of kitchen and service staff, handling with personnel service providers
- Disposition of logisticians and weekly fleet planning
- Management, control and optimization of all scheduling processes
- Interface between the sales, logistics and kitchen departments for smooth, internal planning of events
- Contact for FLORIS suppliers
- Processing and support of order processes
- Purchasing of NON-food items
IHR KNOW-HOW:
- Completed vocational training in human resources or as a clerk, team assistant, ideally in the gastronomy or catering industry
- Excellent organizational skills, you can handle many processes simultaneously and always keep an overview
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Excellent manners, strong communication skills
- Very good flexibility and willingness to perform
- Very good teamwork skills (interface for all areas)
- German language, spoken and written, required
