Secretary (m/f/d) of the management with focus on accounting and human resources
FROM NOW ON!
YOUR TASKS:
- You will be responsible for the management’s secretariat.
- You are responsible for the preparatory accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, managing the cash register and cost control.
- You support the management with personnel administration, preparatory payroll accounting and recruiting.
- You will also prepare decision templates and statistics for the managing directors.
- You are entrusted with secretarial tasks such as communication by telephone and e-mail, scheduling appointments, correspondence, and office organization.
- You are the interface in the company between management and employees as well as customers.
DEIN KNOW-HOW:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the catering or hotel industry (not mandatory)
- You have many years of professional experience in accounting, organization, secretarial work and human resources.
- You are characterized by your excellent organizational talent, your thorough and careful way of working and your very good communication skills.
- You have excellent computer skills in all common MS Office programs.
- This position of trust reports directly to the management and requires a high degree of initiative and reliability.
- Warm and sociable personality
